This seems to be the state of mind with most companies regarding their current customers. I am the only one that see this? It seems like every marketing campaign is to get new customers by offering huge discounts, free products, and other incentives that are very rarely offered to existing customers. That type of customer service is why customer loyalty is almost non-existent. Should anyone ever have to ask for manager approval for customer satisfaction? In my opinion, no. Have you ever been to a local retail store or restaurant and had a bad experience? My Issue with Ford Service

I purchased a 2010 Platinum F150 4×4 from Mac Haik Ford Georgetown in April of 2010.  Now, when my extended warranty started to come to an end I decided I wanted to purchase and extended warranty and keep my truck under warranty for as long as possible.  This is when I talked to one of the finance managers.  He was very helpful and help me with purchasing an extended premium warranty for an additional 3 years and 75k miles….or so I thought.
