This isn’t going to be a long post, but more of a unofficial poll. Feel free to also elaborate in the comment section as well!

When you are facing a problem with a specific product, where do you go to get help? There are many ways to get the answers to your problems. You could visit the manufactures website, you could ask a friend, or you could simply Google the problem you are having and see what others have done to resolve it. However there are caveats to all those as well. Is the manufacture site giving you all the information you need, do your friends really know what they’re doing, and do you really trust anyone that comes up on a Google search?
