Dell Storage Forum – Boston!
June 5, 2012 in Events, Storage
Next week I will be in Boston for Dell Storage forum! This will be my first trip to Boston, but between the conference and the events they have planned it should be a good one. For the conference part me and Lance (@iSCSIKing) will have a booth on the expo floor where we will have our DTC shorty rack and will once again host our SAN challenge. We will also be going around getting the latest and greatest info from others their and always looking for our customers and community member to chat with.
When I’m not on the expo floor I plan on hitting up the hands-on labs to see what they have set up this year. The hands-on labs are always full and give you a chance to test drive the latest Dell Storage functionality in a live production environment, plus there are tons of experts there to help you if you need it. There are also a couple of technical deep dive sessions I want to sit in on. And of course we’ll be taking notes so we can put the info on Dell TechCenter.com for you guys that couldn’t be there.
One of the most exciting events I think they have planned is the Fenway Park Celebration. They will be taking over the park and having concessions, guided tours, and live entertainment. The only thing better would have been a game! I am not a HUGE baseball fan, but I love watching it in person and keep up with it a little bit, so to be able to visit the stadium is pretty cool. I think you can even win tokens to the batting cage (which I will try to do).
Hope to see everyone there!
