VMworld Europe 2014 is almost here. I am not sure about the rest of you but I am pretty excited. For one, this will be my first non-US VMworld and also my first trip to Barcelona!

I will be there representing the EMC Elect and talking to others in the community about our program. As it turns out 5 of our elect members also have sessions so I will also be supporting them in those sessions. For a full list of EMC VMworld sessions you can visit the VMworld Europe ECN page. Chad will also be holding some meetings in the EMC booth, so you’ll want to stop by and check those out. While you’re there you can also take some of the new vLabs!

The EMC Elect team is also sponsoring the vRockstar party! Due to some logistical problems I will not be able to attend by my buddy Mark Browne will be there and will talk a little about the program. This will be a great event to start the week and talk to some of the other great minds in the community. I highly recommend going if you were able to snag a ticket, if not show up anyway they may let you in 🙂 .

EMC and Intel are also hosting a great customer appreciation event at the famous La Monumental Bullring! If you are attending the conference head over to EMC booth D306 pick up your pass.

I will try to post some blogs throughout the week and as always you can find me on twitter. If you’re going to be around say, I love meeting new (and old) friends! See you there.
